We wanted this website to reflect who we are: no registration, no commitment! … All you need to do is sign up for our newsletter to receive a sneak preview of our offers every week, and enjoy all the benefits of the club: group orders, special promotions, limited-edition releases, and exceptional discounts. Whether you’re simply an enthusiast or a discerning connoisseur, our approach is designed for you with the same passion and philosophy: discovery and sharing!
The winegrowers we champion are artisans who are passionate about their land and their vines, all driven by a deep respect for nature, the environment and biodiversity.
Whether they are produced using organic, biodynamic or sustainable methods, the wines we select are vinified as naturally as possible to highlight what defines their identity and character: the terroir!
Recognised in France under the AB label since the 1980s, organic farming was initially intended to ensure compliance with a set of rules governing soil management, in accordance with specifications designed to preserve soil quality, natural resources and the environment, and to support the continued existence of local farming communities. However, this designation offered no guarantees regarding the winemaking process.
This final shortcoming has been addressed since 2012 by the designation ‘organic wine’, which is governed by European specifications extending the rules to cover winemaking practices. This has not been without controversy, as there remain some significant disagreements regarding the excessive use of inputs, particularly in relation to exogenous yeasts, acids and sulphur dioxide (SO₂) levels.
OUR PRACTICES
Drawing on the writings of the Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner, biodynamics goes further than organic wine-growing. It involves nurturing the soil and the vines within their natural environment using preparations made exclusively from plant, animal and mineral materials, all whilst following a calendar based on the rhythms of the sun and moon. The aim is to restore balance to the ecosystem and create harmonious living conditions between the soil, plants and the environment in order to produce high-quality wine. Whilst no European agreement currently exists, two reputable and recognised certification bodies, Demeter and Biodyvin, now regulate biodynamic practices. It is clear that many of France’s most prestigious estates now practise biodynamics.
It is difficult to provide a precise and comprehensive definition of the concept of natural wine, as no such definition exists. However, certain organisations such as AVN (Association des Vins Naturels) or SAINS (Sans Aucun Intrant Ni Sulfites ajoutés) have drawn up a set of guidelines that support an approach which is more akin to a philosophy than to a mere cultivation practice or winemaking method. It is therefore essential for any lover of natural wines to engage closely with each winemaker to understand their approach and their work.
We can agree on a few common principles that help us understand the approach of these winegrowers, for whom organic and biodynamic wines are not enough. Broadly speaking, we can say that these winegrowers aim to be in total harmony with nature and the environment by producing wines with a minimum of inputs and intervention. In a nutshell: organic cultivation, of course, natural grass cover and biodiversity, the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and an almost total reduction in added sulphites.

A classic of Provençal cuisine, stuffed vegetables come in a variety of forms, differing not only in the choice of vegetables used (tomatoes, courgettes, mushrooms, aubergines, etc.) but also in the composition of the stuffing itself (pork, beef, veal, etc.), which considerably broadens the…
Originally from Spain, Carignan has long been regarded as a red, powerful, hardy and tannic grape variety, not always synonymous with high quality. It owes this initial reputation to its high yield potential and its association with mass viticulture. However, spurred on by inspired…
