Discover our selection of the finest wines that have made their mark in 2025. Whether organic, biodynamic and/or natural, we have chosen them first and foremost on the basis of the emotional impact they deliver. But also because they have been overwhelmingly popular with you.
The Terroirs&Co team;

Like *La Revue du Vin de France*, our Wine Awards for the best white wines of 2025 give pride of place to Burgundy wines, and particularly those from the Mâconnais. This spotlight is well deserved, both for the quality of the terroirs and for the incredible work of a new generation of exceptionally talented winemakers. The emergence of Premiers Crus (Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Vinzelles and soon Saint-Véran? …) is a fitting recognition for this region, which is set to continue shaking up the hierarchy of Burgundy wines. Connoisseurs are well aware of this.

This trend is evident and consistent across all regions: wine lovers are increasingly favouring fruit quality, freshness and a delicious, indulgent character over overly assertive wines characterised by excessive concentration and structure.

Wines of rare purity in Saint-Véran
Julien and Sébastien Pacaud are deeply rooted in their local terroir and their village, where they carry on a long-standing family winemaking tradition. Committed to the ecosystem and respect for living things, the Pacaud brothers practise organic farming. Their constant focus is on producing ‘pure’ wines, achieved through plot-by-plot cultivation and a minimalist, low-intervention approach.

Quality isn’t determined by age, nor is enjoyment determined by price. … From the Loire to the Languedoc, via Burgundy, Beaujolais and the Rhône Valley (…), discover all these “hidden gems” (as they’re often called) that shine for the pleasure they bring whilst being kind to your wallet.

There aren’t that many winemakers capable of moving us, whether with their reds or their whites. Here are the ones who surprised us most in 2025 … White and red, red and white – in whichever order you prefer.
