
After having worked in the wine industry all over the world, each on their own, Thomas and Cyprien decided to set up Vindiou in 2020.
High above the hillsides of Mauves in the northern Rhône, they set up their first flat-bottomed vats in a barn that has seen better days, belonging to Thomas’s grandparents.
These two share the same vision of viticulture and winemaking: fruitiness, freshness and drinkability, achieved through meticulous, traditional methods using minimal inputs.
