Didier Barral (Domaine Léon Barral) is an exceptional winemaker, a key reference in the small world of nature wines from Languedoc. Since the 1990s, alongside his brother, he has been working hard to protect his ecosystem and promote exchanges between the animal and plant world through his farming practices: plant cover, organic matter and natural fertilizers provided by herds grazing between the rows of vines.
