The wines of Languedoc and Roussillon have undergone a real metamorphosis these last 15 years with the multiplication of organic wine producers, in biodynamics and/or nature.

This young generation is determined to enhance the identity and terroirs of their region by offering generous wines, without imbalance or heaviness.

The wines of Languedoc and Roussillon offer a very Mediterranean aromatic palette thanks to a multitude of grape varieties. In red, grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre and cinsault, and many others. In white, white Grenache, gray Grenache, macabeu, vermentinu, white Carignan, etc.

Some changes also in the appellations of wines from Languedoc and Roussillon with the birth of appellations such as Les Terrasses du Larzac, La Clape or even Pic Saint Loup. These are just some of the other appellations that already have a great resonance in the minds of wine lovers: Faugères, Saint-Chinian, Corbières, Minervois, Cabardès, Limoux, Fitou, etc.
