Description
Comte Abbatucci’s Diplomate cuvée is a unique wine made from old vines of indigenous grape varieties grown on granite soil. With a more refined profile than the Général cuvée, the wine seems to possess an extra burst of energy. The nose promises a truly beautiful start to the sensory journey: exotic fruits, white flowers and scents of the maquis. The palate is luscious, the fruit enhanced by an exquisite smoky minerality, hints of bitterness and peppery notes. The finish is incredibly mouth-watering, perfectly balanced, impressively long and dynamic throughout.
