Description
A rosé that perfectly captures the remarkable terroir of La Grande Sendrée, a historic plot owned by Micheline Drappier’s family. Feminine yet full of character, this cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintages. A complex nose opens with notes of strawberry, pomegranate and violet, accompanied by toasty undertones. Round and supple, yet with a firm backbone. The palate evokes red fruits and candied orange; it is both fresh and complex. A powerful and elegant Champagne.

Terroir, organic farming and natural winemaking
Protecting the environment and the climate is not just a stance. Organic farming applies to the bulk of production, from non-vintage bruts to the grand cuvées. Furthermore, as he is intolerant to sulphur, Michel Drappier offers champagnes with minimal sulphur content. Notably, a brut nature that is completely sulphur-free.
