Description
Piccolo Bianco is a blend of white Carignan and grey Carignan from the Le Clos Rouge estate in the Terrasses du Larzac. It is a mineral, textured white wine with rather exotic (slightly pineapple) and floral aromas. Straightforward, taut and briny, with a mouth-watering finish, the wine captivates with its freshness and liveliness. We appreciate the purity and energy of this wine, which pairs well with slightly spicy dishes, raclette or mature goat’s cheeses.
