Description
One is immediately captivated by the mineral purity of this Chardonnay from Pont de Breux in the Côtes du Jura. The nose harmoniously combines floral and fruity notes (citrus, pear, white peach). The palate is fresh and full-bodied, with lovely structure. It has the perfect energy to accompany light starters, grilled vegetables, delicate fish, chicken breast and even green asparagus with Parmesan.
