Description
Bobinet’s Le Ciel est Bleu (Summertime) is a naturally sparkling wine, a blend of Gamay, Grolleau and Grolleau Gris. Aromas of apricot and acacia blossom, with a hint of grapefruit, are complemented by a delicately tart palate. A lovely sparkling wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with a red fruit dessert (a raspberry sabayon, for example).

- Clay-limestone plot
- hand-harvested into 20kg crates to preserve the bunches
