Description
Pascal Doquet’s Arpege Brut Nature Premier Cru champagne boasts a pale gold colour with golden highlights. The nose evokes white fruits and candied citrus, complemented by subtle notes of honey blossom and spices. The bubbles are both fine and creamy, with lovely persistence. The palate is a model of balance, oscillating between liveliness, richness and vinous complexity. All underpinned by a beautifully chalky minerality: the hallmark of a great terroir!
