Description
The Barolo Boilo Domani from the Camparo estate is a magnificent Nebbiolo, undoubtedly a wine for contemplation. It has a brick-red colour with orange highlights. The nose reveals aromas of coffee, tobacco, vanilla and red berries, accompanied by notes of violets and roses. On the palate, it is commanding, powerful, elegant, smooth and full-bodied. It pairs perfectly with robust dishes, red meat or game, but also with white Alba truffles (on fresh pasta, for example).
