Description
The Langhe Rosato from Domaine Camparo is a mineral, concentrated, intense and highly complex rosé wine. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits (cherry, wild strawberry), bay leaf and a hint of white pepper. The freshness on the palate preserves a rich flavour that will pair wonderfully with a vegetable risotto or grilled squid. Exceptional!
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This process, carried out by indigenous yeasts, is generally quite long and lasts 15 days, sometimes longer. A process very characteristic of the estate. Once complete, the Camparo Qui e Ora DOC Langhe Rosato is transferred to 25-hectolitre French oak barrels previously used for various wines, so that the wood does not mask the typical aromas and flavours of the grape variety.
