In the vineyard, in the cellar

Château Le Puy’s 2019 Barthélemy cuvée comes from a plot with unique geology known as ‘Les Rocs’, planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is produced using a natural vinification method known as infusion. Ageing takes place for at least two years in seasoned barrels, using a method of dynamisation in accordance with the phases of the moon, without the addition of sulphur dioxide or other additives. It is bottled unfiltered.
