Ange
Pinot Noir MMXVIII

"At Domaine de l'Ecu, there is also Pinot Noir – and what a Pinot Noir this 'Ange' cuvée is, combining grace, vigour and richness. The attack is silky, blending power and delicacy. The fruit is vibrant, with notes of ripe black fruits, blackberries, blue flowers, violets and spices. The finish lingers elegantly. Give it time to develop and store this bottle quietly in your cellar for a few years. It will then be a real delight served with veal sweetbreads or lamb navarin."

Frédéric Niger’s recommendation

“A certain idea of elegance, a wine that loves good company, that loves to sing and laugh… This Pinot Noir is surprising and captivating. The Loire Valley takes centre stage in this bottle, so simply share it, without fuss or fanfare, with your closest friends.”
