Description
The Monfarina cuvée from the Giachino estate boasts a lovely pale, brilliant colour. On the nose, mineral notes are immediately apparent before giving way to complex fruitiness. White fruits (apple) and exotic fruits (passion fruit, lychee), along with citrus notes. The attack is crisp, the palate quite round, and the finish notable. The citrus notes accompany a salty, slightly vibrant finish.
