Description
L'Amour est Cerise from the Vindiou estate is a real firecracker, bursting with sparkling fruitiness and dangerously easy to drink. Syrah macerated in Cinsault juice from direct pressing: the tone is set. Do make sure you have a few bottles to hand, though, as the glasses will pile up quickly, especially if you’re planning on some tapas, grilled white meat or a vegetable tagine.

- Grape varieties: Syrah (50 years old, 85 m / south-facing), Cinsault (4 years old, 373 m / south-facing)
- Location: Ardèche Plateau for the Syrah – Mauves Plain for the Cinsault
- Terroir: Clay-sand on granite for the Syrah – alluvial deposits for the Cinsault
- Vinification: 7-day maceration of whole Syrah bunches in a direct press with Cinsault
- Ageing: 7 months in wine cellars
