Description
The Hanami cuvée from Domaine Bobinet is the quintessential spring wine from the Saumur-Champigny appellation. The bouquet is characterised by tangy red berries and raspberry jelly. Light, fruity, rich and juicy, the Cabernet Franc expresses itself here with a light texture and fine, supple tannins. The energy is stunning!
Hanami is a Japanese word meaning ‘to see the beauty of cherry blossoms’: the spirit of this cuvée from Domaine Bobinet is encapsulated in its name. It is a celebration of spring, of renewal, but also of fellowship, conviviality and sharing. The cherry blossom is fleeting, like life itself… Let’s make the most of it!
