Description
I absolutely love this Marine cuvée, made from 100% Sciaccarello grapes by Hélène Bleuzen, between Ventoux and Luberon! … The very light ruby colour is as inviting as it is striking for the region. The nose offers wild strawberries, wild raspberries, a hint of ginger and a few notes of white pepper. The attack on the palate is both silky and crisp, the fruit is fresh and lively, and the acidity is mouth-watering. A world of finesse and elegance that will pair wonderfully with the delicacy of a roast veal, eggs meurette or charcuterie (preferably from Corsica). It was a brilliant idea to plant Sciaccarello in the Ventoux, and a great success: well done!
