Laura Aillaud’s ‘Tout feu tout femme’ cuvée is made from old Grenache Noir vines, which lend the wine a lovely maturity and great purity. It is vinified as whole bunches and aged in concrete eggs and stainless steel vats. A refined, delicately structured wine that delivers a lovely, slender energy. The intensity is superb. A magnificent wine!
