Description
“Alerte Rouge !” … Le Clos Rouge brings us a Terrasses du Larzac wine that is full-bodied, generous and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of freshness and crispness. The initial nose is a delight of ripe fruit (Burlat cherry, plum), followed by notes of garrigue (Cade, thyme) and a hint of mint. The body is dense and vigorous, with an intense finish featuring notes of white pepper. This is a wine that calls for a wild boar terrine or a fine, matured rib of beef.
