"The Enclos des Braves 'Gaillac Tombé du Ciel' is a blend of 60% Braucol, 20% Prunelart and 20% Duras. Macerated for one week. Aged on lees for 24 months in concrete vats. The nose is richly indulgent, with ripe red and black fruits enhanced by a hint of sweet spices. This considerable fruitiness is perfectly brought to life by the wine’s balance and energy. Supported by a structure that is both present yet supple, this cuvée is far more than just a wine for sharing with friends; it is capable of accompanying simple dishes (grilled meats, barbecues) as well as regional specialities such as cassoulet or a pheasant pie with chanterelle and porcini mushrooms."
