Description
The Enclos des Braves ‘Gaillac Tombé du Ciel’ is a blend of 60% Braucol, 20% Prunelart and 20% Duras. Macerated for one week. Aged on lees for 24 months in concrete vats. The nose is richly indulgent, with ripe red and black fruits enhanced by a touch of sweet spice. This considerable fruitiness is perfectly brought to life by the wine’s balance and energy. Supported by a firm yet supple structure, this cuvée is much more than just a wine for social occasions; it is capable of accompanying simple dishes (grilled meats, barbecues) as well as regional specialities such as cassoulet or a pheasant pie with chanterelle and porcini mushrooms.
