"This white Bandol from Domaine Marie Bérénice captivates with its crisp, full-bodied fruitiness, underpinned by a remarkable freshness. The bouquet is complemented by white flowers and mineral notes with an almost salty quality. Its rich, rounded texture in no way detracts from its freshness. The long finish is sustained by perfect balance. Perfect for pairing with cod fillet with wild garlic butter or a goat’s cheese, aubergine and aniseed tian."

In the vineyard, in the cellar

A blend of Clairette (60%) and Ugni (40%). Organic farming. The Marie Bérénice estate is situated in the heart of the Bandol appellation, between the villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet, on a 12-hectare organic vineyard of terraced plots featuring numerous old vines, on clay-limestone soils where Mourvèdre expresses its finest aromas, lending the wine power and elegance.
