Description
This white Bandol from the Marie Bérénice estate captivates with its crisp, full-bodied fruitiness, underpinned by a remarkable freshness. The bouquet is complemented by white flowers and almost salty mineral notes. The rich, rounded body in no way detracts from the freshness. The long finish is held together by perfect balance. Perfect for pairing with cod fillet with wild garlic butter or a goat’s cheese, aubergine and aniseed tian.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
