Entre les nuages is a reimagined version of Enclos des Braves’ Tombé du Ciel cuvée, with a lighter, fruit-driven profile and a well-rounded character. A blend of Sauvignon (50%), Loin de l’œil (30%) and Mauzac (20%), the wine oscillates between floral aromas and hints of mint. On the palate, it is both round and tangy, with subtle bitter notes on the finish. A lovely pairing with seafood pasta (mussels, scallops) or some roasted chestnuts.
