Description
The Fruit cuvée from Domaine Jonc Blanc celebrates purity and a "sense of fruit" (its former name). This is a refined, unpretentious natural wine, aged on lees for 18 months in vats and then in 60-year-old casks. The result is a delicious, full-bodied, juicy, charming and very crisp wine, with a beautiful natural expression of fruit. Perfect with a fine cut of matured beef or marrow bones… or both!
In the vineyard, in the cellar
A blend of 58% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Malbec from the lacustrine clay-limestone terroirs of Castillon. Natural vinification, indigenous yeasts, no oenological additives, gentle extraction through manual punching down. Aged for 18 months in vats and 60-year-old casks
