The Ubuntu cuvée from Domaine Les 3 Saules is a 100% Merlot red wine produced from a clay-limestone vineyard plot. It undergoes three weeks’ maceration with the stems removed, followed by 18 months’ ageing in oval vats and 15% in 400-litre barrels. A supremely indulgent and dangerously addictive wine!
