Welcome to the marl-rich valleys of Pupillin, home to a small, family-run estate of 5 hectares established in 2003 by Julien Maréschal: Domaine de la Borde. On his steep slopes, situated between 300 and 450 metres above sea level, Julien Maréschal has just one ambition: to produce authentic wines that truly reflect the terroir through the grape varieties that define the Jura tradition: Poulsard, Trousseau, Savagnin, as well as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. His wines are just like him: honest, straightforward, direct and unpretentious.
