Not yet bottled at the time of our tasting, it has a scent of juicy pear with a youthful fruitiness. On the palate, it makes a strong impression with a lovely, rich juice full of vitality, both full-bodied and long-lasting with a beautiful finish.

Made from whole bunches and without added SO₂, it releases a wonderfully fresh bouquet, although the fruit is ripe and delicate on the palate. A light and supple wine on the attack, with a dense body and sweet fruitiness, crafted in a perfectly executed ‘natural’ style. Not to be missed.

Made from Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan, this lightly matured, refreshing red wine has a translucent colour and is produced using carbonic maceration. It offers lovely bright fruit on the nose, perfect structure and a hint of graphite. Floral and airy, this red nonetheless boasts crisp, mouth-watering tannins.

The wine makes its intentions clear from the very first glance, hinting at a gentle extraction. A Grenache/Cinsault blend characterised by soft, red fruit underpinned by good acidity. This modern, crisp wine is best enjoyed at La Cantine du Curé, the wine bar opened by the winemaker in Caunes.
