Description
As its name suggests (or perhaps not), this Grololo cuvée from Pithon-Paillé is made from 100% Grolleau. Much like Cinsault in the South, this grape variety isn’t often used to produce single-varietal red wines. And that’s a shame, because it makes for a delicious wine. Ripe red berries, a balancing hint of herbaceous notes, all beautifully rounded on an ultra-indulgent structure. A lovely, easy-drinking wine to pull out with ease.
