Description
Les Greilles is a white wine from the Causse Marines estate, a blend of Mauzac (50%), Loin de l’œil (20%), Muscadelle (20%) and Chenin (10%). The nose is most appealing. Fruity notes dominate at first: apple, mandarin and exotic fruits. Then come floral notes (lime blossom, dried flowers) and a hint of honey. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, balanced (and even invigorating) wine that retains a crisp fruitiness. On the finish, the taste buds are drawn between bitterness and salinity: delicious! … If you’re in the mood for Asian cuisine or grilled squid, this is the perfect choice!
