Description
This white Irouleguy from the Arretxea estate comes from a plot of red sandstone, which lends the wine a vertical tension and sharply defined contours. The bouquet oscillates between mirabelle plums, exotic fruits, chamomile and lime blossom. On the palate, it immediately reveals a slender body and a lively structure. The finish, invigorating and briny, is incredibly mouth-watering. Sublime!
