Description
Peyrouzelles means ‘pink stones’; it is a red wine from the Causse Marines estate, made from Braucol, Syrah and Duras grapes with a hint of Prunelard and Jurançon Noir. A rich, fleshy fruitiness combining red and black fruits (sloes) with a hint of spice. A velvety, juicy and indulgent palate, underpinned by precise tannic structure and the magnificent minerality of the Causse limestone. Don’t overthink it – just fire up the barbecue…
