Description
This cuvée from La Dournie offers an expressive nose of lemon (fresh and candied), pear, ginger and verbena: wow!!! … The young vines of white Grenache, grey Grenache and Vermentino on schist soil produce a silky, fruity and dense wine with some floral notes. Perfect as an aperitif with green tapenade and fresh goat’s cheese, or with grilled fish.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Young vines of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Vermentino, organically farmed on acidic schist soil. Traditional vinification under temperature control, followed by 4 months’ ageing in vats and then ageing on lees with stirring.
