Description
With its Irouleguy Tradition, the Arretxea estate redefines the appellation. It proves once again that red wines are not all heavily extracted and overly structured – quite the opposite, in fact. The bouquet of this wine opens with deep fruit notes of plum, tart cherry and blueberry, evoking the nature of the soil with its hints of graphite. Full-bodied, smooth and flavourful, the palate settles with silky tannins. A perfectly balanced harmony between the richness of the fruit and the power of the terroir.
