Description
A blend of two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one-third Sémillon makes up the Tendresse cuvée from Domaine Les 3 Saules across two vintages. The 2022 vintage underwent maceration, whilst the 2023 vintage was pressed immediately. Ageing takes place in ovoid vats for a minimum of 8 months. The nose evokes ripe stone fruits (white peach, plum, mirabelle plum), which are also evident on the initial palate. This considerable fruitiness is perfectly balanced. Pair with sheep’s cheese or a prawn risotto.
