"The Jurançon Cuvée des Dames from Domaine Bordenave is a wine that shines with its complexity and finesse. Like the finest sweet wines, it unfolds with perfect balance. With its golden hue, it immediately releases aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple). These are gracefully followed by notes of white flowers, pear, quince, hazelnut and spices. On the palate, it develops with breadth and refined length. The charm and delicacy of this wine are a delight for the taste buds."

In the vineyard, in the cellar

The Bordenave estate has immense respect for the terroir and nature. Organic fertilisation and meticulous work in the vineyards perpetuate ancestral know-how. Already HVE3 (High Environmental Value) certified, the estate has begun its conversion to organic farming.

The Jurançon Cuvée des Dames from Domaine Bordenave is made from 100% Petit Manseng. A typical terroir of the Pyrenean foothills (clay-loam soils rich in rounded pebbles). Hand-harvested. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then aged on fine lees.
