Si tu m'apprivoises is a sweet Jurançon made entirely from Gros Manseng grapes, produced by Domaine Bordenave. The wine stands out for its perfect balance and a touch of indulgent light-heartedness. Aromas of citrus, white fruits and exotic fruits are complemented by a fresh and harmonious palate. It pairs beautifully with plain foie gras or sheep’s cheese.

In the vineyard, in the cellar

The Bordenave estate has immense respect for the terroir and nature. Organic fertilisation and meticulous work in the vineyards perpetuate ancestral expertise. Already HVE3 (High Environmental Value) certified, the estate has begun its conversion to organic farming.

The Jurançon ‘Si tu m’apprivoises’ is made from 100% Gros Manseng. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then aged on fine lees.
