Description
The white version of Domaine de Prapin’s Entre Ciel et Terre cuvée is a fresh, fruity wine defined by the natural tension of its minerality. The nose owes much to the 80% Chardonnay (white-fleshed fruits, peach, floral notes of bergamot). The 20% Aligoté adds extra zing on the palate. This beautiful biodynamic wine is a real treat for the palate. Ideal for starting an aperitif with seafood tapas or a fish platter.
