Description
Into the Wild – what a lovely name for this natural Beaujolais cuvée from Domaine Romany! … The nose is still quite subtle, which is often a good sign: wild strawberries, raspberries and lovely hints of pepper. The palate unfolds with just the right density. The balance is perfect between body, structure and great freshness. The finish is both mouth-watering and juicy. With two hours of aeration and a lovely head, it’s pure bliss!
