The terroir consists of south-facing clay-limestone soils. The entire estate is managed using organic farming methods and natural winemaking techniques. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Soil management alternating between natural grass cover and yield control. Natural winemaking with skin contact and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees and stirred for 4 months.
