"Jessica Litaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé Sur la Roche is perhaps the most distinctive Premier Cru from Vergisson. It is a perfect aromatic illustration of the La Roche terroir, combining minerality, freshness, roasted notes and flint. The concentration is perfectly balanced by just the right amount of ageing. The minerality lends the wine elegance and a lovely energy. A persistent and inspiring wine that will pair wonderfully with refined fish dishes or creamy poultry."
