La Fon du Berger
Pauillac

“Château La Fon du Berger’s 2019 Pauillac is sourced mainly from deep gravelly slopes, adjacent to the vineyards of several grands crus. It is both robust and powerful, yet refined and elegant, with a delicate, mature bouquet. Dark fruit, floral notes, tobacco, undergrowth, and a hint of menthol and spice. The palate is full and fleshy, with the tannins gaining depth as the wine is savoured. The finish is long and flavourful, with lovely structure. A great wine!”
