In the vineyard, in the cellar

• Grape variety: 100% Trousseau
• Terroir: plots situated on the Rosières hillside, resting on a thick layer of clay with chailles (siliceous nodules mixed with decalcified clay), whose bedrock consists of a marly series known as Keuper iridescent marls dating from the Triassic period (-240 to -201 Ma)
• AOP: Arbois.
• Cultivation methods: Sustainable viticulture. Hand-harvested. Full destemming.
• Vinification and ageing: Indigenous yeasts. Fermentation of the musts in temperature-controlled vats, followed by one year’s ageing in casks. No additives except for a light sulphiting.
