Description
The cuvée de Brouilly Pierreux by Marc Delienne comes from a locality of the same name made up of deep granite. This feature gives the wine a slightly smoky touch on the finish. However, it is the fruit that dominates the tasting, with evocations of raspberry, blackberry and some sweet spices. The palate is juicy, resting on a just and perfectly balanced structure. A gastronomic canaillerie that will perfectly accompany a filet mignon with a filling of roasted figs and mushrooms.
Method of working
After manual harvesting in small crates, the grapes are sorted, then vinification is done by semi-carbonic maceration without inputs. The pressing takes place after 9 days then the breeding lasts 11 months in casks.
