Description
With this ‘TU VIN PLUS AUX SOIRÉES’ cuvée, Fabien Jouves offers us the ultimate wine for social occasions. You’re immediately captivated by a basket of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants). On the palate, this fruity, fresh and indulgent character comes through. The wine is incredibly juicy, supple and easy-drinking, with a hint of spice on the finish. A convivial and simple wine in the best sense of the word: it goes down a treat.

Fabien Jouves’ Mas del Périé estate
comes from an old farming family in the Causse region. He became a winegrower in 2006 by establishing Mas del Périé
on the highest slopes of Cahors. Malbec (Cot) is the dominant grape variety here. The estate is situated at the junction of the terroirs of the Quercy hillsides and those of Cahors. Selecting specific plots was a natural choice to express the different facets of Malbec. This expression of the terroir is enhanced by biodynamic farming that respects life and the plant. As well as people and their environment.
