Description
Nicolas Maillet’s Bourgogne Aligoté is a micro-cuvée that bears the estate’s signature. With its precise aromas (citrus, white pear), refined ageing and a hint of salinity, freshness and energy are evident from start to finish. The wine shines thanks to its exemplary balance between roundness, liveliness and minerality. Lovely lemony notes on the finish lend the whole a mouth-watering appeal. A truly outstanding Aligoté!
