Description
The Chablis from the Giraudon estate is a wine with a very refined style, characterised by a mouth-watering, appetising intensity. Its pale yellow colour has a lovely brilliance. The nose displays remarkable aromatic freshness, oscillating between citrusy lemon notes and a hint of minerality. The palate, lively and full-bodied, releases generous fruitiness against a backdrop of subtle notes of white pepper. Although it stands on its own, it comes into its own when paired with a fine fish dish. A fillet of John Dory with orange butter, for example.
In the vineyard, in the cellar
Hand-harvested, controlled soil cultivation and natural grass cover, short Guyot pruning combined with EcoPhyto protection, and sustainable development practices. Precise temperature control during fermentation and vinification in stainless steel vats enable the production of authentic, natural and distinctive wines. This vinification process has no other aim than to enhance the expression of the aromatic and flavour potential inherent in the grapes and the characteristics of the vintage.
