In the vineyard, in the cellar
- Terroir: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
- Malolactic fermentation: Carried out.
- Ageing: 6 months on lees.
- Blend: 100% Chardonnay. 55% from the 2015 vintage and 45% from a perpetual reserve established in 2012. 42% of the wine was vinified in small, used oak barrels.
