Description
Bobinet’s Le Temps est bon (Summertime) is a naturally sparkling wine, a blend of Chenin and Grolleau Gris. Aromas of pear and fresh almond, with a hint of citrus, are complemented by a fresh and relatively crisp palate. A lovely sparkling wine that is perfect as an aperitif, with a goat’s cheese puff pastry or grilled fish.

- Clay-limestone plot
- hand-harvested into 20kg crates to preserve the bunches
