Description
First produced in 2015, this Arbois Rose Massale cuvée by Stéphane Tissot is made from a rare grape variety, the pink Chardonnay. The young vines yield a wine of dazzling aromatics. Notes of yellow orchard fruits mingle with a burst of white flowers (acacia, carnation, jasmine) and exotic nuances (guava, lychee). On the palate, it shines with energy and a fleshy fullness, both underpinned by a structuring acidity. Here we find the precision, intensity and elegance characteristic of Stéphane Tissot’s wines.
